Approach

One operating standard

Every company in the group works the same way. The market changes, the team changes, the product changes — the standard does not.

How we work

  1. 01

    Build

We define the thesis, put the resources behind it and assemble the team and technology the business needs from the start.

Before anything is built, the thesis has to hold. We look for a market we already understand, a gap that is real rather than assumed, and a route to the customer that does not depend on timing or luck. Companies that cannot answer those three questions do not get built.

    • Define the thesis and the market it serves
    • Commit the resources and set the runway
    • Assemble the founding team
    • Stand up the technology and the brand
  2. 02

    Operate

We take board and operating roles, set the targets and make the decisions that need an owner.

Ownership without involvement is just capital. We sit on the board, agree the targets with the team that has to hit them, and stay close enough to the work to act when those targets move. What we do not do is run the company from the outside: the people closest to the customer keep the decisions that belong to them.

    • Board and operating roles in every company
    • Targets agreed with the team, then reviewed against
    • Direct access to the group's capability
    • Decisions made where the knowledge is
  3. 03

    Scale

We extend the group's shared systems so each company grows on infrastructure it could not justify alone.

A company on its own has to earn every capability twice: once to build it, once to keep it. Inside the group it does not. Technology, marketing, trade relationships and logistics already exist and already work, which means a company can reach further than its own size would allow — and can stop doing so without having to dismantle anything.

    • Shared technology and platform engineering
    • In-house marketing, brand and performance
    • Trade and distribution relationships
    • Cross-border logistics and fulfilment

The division

What stays with the company,
what comes from the group

Each company keeps

  • Its own market and its own customers
  • Its own brand and identity
  • Its own team and its own numbers
  • The decisions that belong to the people doing the work

The group provides

  • Ownership, direction and board involvement
  • Resources and the runway to use them
  • Shared technology, marketing, trade and logistics
  • One operating standard, applied the same way everywhere
